Choosing the right process

AI and automation
An AI agent is useful when a task has several steps, several systems and a clear point where a person should decide. It is a liability when nobody can see what it did or why.
In short
TechCloudPro designs and builds AI agents that carry out multi step work inside your own systems, such as document intake, validation, decision support and handoff to a person. Agents run inside infrastructure you control, act only with the permissions they are given, and keep a full audit trail of every step.
Agents are built where the steps are clear and the volume is high. Processes that depend on judgement keep a person at the decision point.
Separate agents for intake, validation, assessment and decision support, each with a narrow job, communicating through a secure message bus with a full audit trail.
Each agent gets its own identity and only the access it needs, managed and reviewed like any other privileged account.
Edge cases and low confidence results are routed to a person, with the evidence the agent used, rather than decided automatically.
Monitoring, accuracy checks and change control, so the agent keeps working as documents, rules and systems change.
Map the current process, its volumes, its error rates and the points where a person must decide.
Define each agent, the systems it reads and writes, its permissions and how it hands work to people.
Build and test the agents inside your own infrastructure against real historical cases.
Run with people reviewing outputs until accuracy and straight through rates are proven.
Monitor results, tune thresholds and extend the agents to the next part of the process.
Projects are run from United States business hours, with the engineering team in India carrying build and support work across both time zones.
Working hours for each project are agreed at the start, so there is a daily window for live conversation as well as written handover.
A national insurance group processed more than 15,000 claims a month by hand, with an average of 14 days per claim. TechCloudPro built a multi agent system inside the private Azure cloud of the client: one agent for document intake and extraction, one for policy validation, one for damage assessment and one for adjudication, with edge cases flagged for human review.
Processing time fell from 14 days to 48 hours for 82 percent of claims, data entry errors were eliminated and customer NPS rose by 34 points. Only 18 percent of claims now need a person.
A chatbot answers a question. An agent completes a task, which means it reads and writes to real systems. That is why agent projects need permissions, audit trails and human review designed in from the start.
Agents hold credentials to production systems, which makes them privileged identities. They are onboarded, rotated and reviewed through the same privileged access controls as human administrators.
Agents can work alongside NetSuite through SuiteScript and SuiteTalk, for example preparing transactions for review or reconciling records across systems, while NetSuite stays the system of record.
Describe the workflow you have in mind, and we will tell you whether an agent is the right tool for it.
